Life is good, life is changing, life is well LIFE. Did I swallow the happy pills this morning, apparently you get those, so kindly share – and NO, my dragon is off duty until further notice, the unicorn must rest as well, being winter and all. Into slumber they all go.
We are not talking change again this morning… we are talking – WHY WE MAKE OURSELVES SMALLER, why we pace limitations on the beautiful energies we are.
You know what I am talking about right?
I am the first to admit, that I too state that I cannot do something, however, it will only be mentioned after at least a couple of tries. We do not have the same abilities, I might be good at talking the biggest load of crap – *giggles*, you might be the best artist around, or the better mommy, the best daddy, the most awesome partner – you get the picture, right?
What I am trying to say in my ALWAYS, roundabout way – we make ourselves small. Thinking that we are not as good as the next person, thinking that the universe cannot give us what we need, thinking that we should be what the world expects us to be. And within that, we become small.
Small in our thinking, small in living, small, almost disappearing into a void of nothing.
“I am not so good at….”, sure but what are you good at?
The drawing is not so great – and I think, dear gods, if only I could draw like that… ok, I can draw, but I don’t have the patience for the pencil to bring the image to life…
Knowing yourself, your true self, with your limitations you place ON YOURSELF – as every time you think, speak the words of I cannot do that – you chip away the beauty of who you are.
That saying of “nothing is impossible”, we love uttering that, towards other people correct? We tell our children, that they can be anything they choose to be, the sky is the limit… personally I believe there is no damn limit, as the universe is a place very few have conquered, we cant even get to another planet at the moment… seriously (my logical brain).
In the same time of preaching to those beautiful inquisitive minds that the “sky is the limit”, or whatever, WE, we make ourselves smaller.
How often have you stated, I never thought it possible… how often have you given up halfway, or a quarter of the way on a new venture – yes, yes plans change back to the drawing board we go – I am so guilty here as well I tell you – shame on me right…
I have decided, a conscious choice, from days of darkness (my eyes gave a huge problem), and silence – to be bigger… to be as BIG as the world can take. I shall never allow myself to be smaller that what I am. And, oh yeah, I will “fail”, but I will learn, and my world will change, for I have listened to the limitations friends place on themselves, I have looked on what I have done to my essence, I have stood back, and realized, gods help me preaching to my child to be all she can be, but living SMALLER to what I should…
A little person, plus others that brought this creation to the thought – LIVE as BIG as you can, and if you are branded as “being” EGO – remember, ego is always needed in order to get you to where you NEED to eb, as long as you are not EGO…
