Trust and Love

Spread the love

To an almost Good afternoon,

*Good Morning*

I hope your day passed with less effort, and in love and abundance.

For a moment yesterday, I lost my way. And for a moment, I stood still allowed emotion to wash over me. The off-late, I am fine moments, and the “I have no worry in the world” moment, to the angry moment, and the not so happy as well…

I think the cats all sensed moms all over the show emotional turmoil yesterday, as I had to lock them out of the room, each and every little body had to find another place to sleep… BAD MOMMY. Listening to people is almost as enjoyable as talking for me… but when I listen, I don’t only hear your words, I hear every emotion and the things you don’t say, which makes me I guess an awesome listener, or just very adjusted to you as an individual…

They teach you in psychology on how to listen, and how to respond… in life coaching they do the same… in training for most “service” categories. But there is no training to life.

Life, if you allow, creeps up on you, hits you like a ton of bricks… here comes the choice, you can either build a shelter with those bricks… or stay buried underneath. Did you see what I said?

I choose to build a shelter, as I know when life happens again, I shall have some form of structure, taking most of the wave…

People tend to think that once they are on-top of the wheel, they will not get to the bottom again. The way of life is, revisiting old wounds or old lessons until the universal powers feel that you have mastered whatever it is…

We have ventured down the generous listening and the selfish talker for many writings, and I don’t think we need to touch on that again today.

What I want to touch on is the “How you respond” to being asked how you are…

The best is: “I am fine.” Yes, I am fine to, how fine our you?

And here is the definition of fine….and excuse the language right 😊

“Fucked-up”

“Insecure”

“Neurotic”

“emotional (unstable)”

What degree of fine are you today? We tend to cover our pains and hurts in a world where we are not allowed to feel out of the norm. We are not to say, I am having a tough day today, according to who? I would love to meet the person, to shove the measuring, stick up their arses. Yep, you read right. (And in my own head I am reprimanding myself for saying Yep).

Society dictate that we respond that we are fine. Not many people listen to the answer anyway. Have you found that? Some people don’t even wait for the answer, they just start talking… Found that?

Or the best, they PREY on every single “bad/negative” thing in your life.

Brings me to the trusting thing, having a 5-min conversation this morning, about just that. Trust.

One would think that due to my past I have a hard time trusting anyone. No, I don’t. I actually believe in my heart that people in my sphere, are carved from the same tree, and do not allow nastiness, or jealousy to influence them in the day-to-day.

In all the years, I personally feel that it is one lesson that I have paid so much attention towards. Changing my internal being to hand the best part of me, while in the process of healing or guiding another. That takes work. Knowing yourself, and being ok with where you are currently, not judging yourself, but accepting the path and the lesson behind it.

We are coded to not feel pain, society is expecting us all to be in neat little boxes, with the same labels, or semi the same. One thing that never sat well with me, is a box or a label. Like a cat, I may feel the box, play with it, but I do jump out when I don’t like the size, or the smell. Maybe it is the same with trust. When you feel that niggly feeling in the back of your mind, saying don’t trust – one should listen.

Maybe it is the same with all things in life. I should trust you enough (there is that world again), that I can say, I am having such a crap day, because of XYZ… Your response should not be one of thinking, I am negative, but extend the energy to find the reason, and you may have the answer to make me feel better…

That is what makes me different from majority of people.

I hear you, I see you, I feel you… I may not always have the answer, but I can listen. The lesson for today, and the long and lengthy way of saying, all of us, each of us, need to trust and love. We are social beings, without this in our lives, we have nothing. Sadly, trust and love have become precious commodities….
