Working on the principles of psychology – we incorporate the basic understanding of the energetic layers of our physical bodies, with all constrain (ailments).

Some sessions will be hands-on healing (physical shifting) other sessions will be discussion based, with movements as “homework” to have the physical connecting with the spiritual.
These movements are based on Yoga, however specifically developed for energetic healing.

The aim is to have control of the mind, understanding the language of the body, and how to connect the two, with clear communication.
